Agency Fees
At Caregivers Agency, we are committed to providing a personalized and professional service customized to your family’s unique needs. We take the time to understand your household, your requirements, and the specific responsibilities of the position to identify the right employee for your family.
We carefully considers the type of caregiver best suited to your household, as well as the appropriate level of experience, skills, and qualifications required for the role.
The agency fees outlined below are payable only after a successful placement has been made with the client.
Nanny, Caregiver & Housekeeper Placement Fee
The fee covers the full recruitment process, including sourcing qualified applicants, conducting interviews, screening candidates, and verifying references. Our goal is to ensure you are matched with a reliable and well-suited professional, making the hiring process simple and stress-free for your family.
Registration is free for EVERYONE. Once a candidate has been successfully matched and placed with the family, the Employer will be charged a one-time placement fee of $2,500 for both full-time and part-time nanny, caregiver, and housekeeper placements.
This fee covers the full recruitment and placement process, including:
Sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates
Candidate interviews and screening
Background screening
Professional reference verification
Verification of the candidate’s eligibility to work in Canada and applicable work permit or authorization
Administrative support throughout the recruitment and placement process
The placement fee is payable by the Employer to Caregivers Agency upon the successful placement of the candidate.
The $2,500 placement fee is a one-time agency fee and is separate from the employee’s wages, salary, and any other employment-related compensation.
We offer 8-Month Placement Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our candidates and are committed to helping you find the right match for your family. For this reason, we offer an 8-month placement guarantee on eligible placements. If you are not satisfied with the candidate placed through Caregivers Agency within the 8-month guarantee period, we will work with you to identify and provide a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee.
Our commitment does not end once a placement is made. We will continue to support you throughout the process and work diligently to ensure you find a reliable professional who is the right fit for your household.
